All costs shown below are in £ / GBP. Shipping costs (set out below) will automatically come up once you have typed in your delivery address.
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service – we cap the cost so you only pay £2.95
As explained above this service usually takes 2-3 working days (including Saturday) from the date your goods are collected. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your your tracking reference number. Your parcel will not require a signature.
EU countries (to include Northern Ireland)
As of 13th December 2024 the European Union’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) has introduced new requirements affecting UK small businesses exporting non food products to the EU and Northern Ireland. These requirements include enhanced product traceability, updated labelling requirements and the appointment of a designated individual within the EU to act as a compliance contact for product safety issues. Non-compliance can result in significant fines. As a small family run business we cannot possibly fulfil the GPSR requirements so sadly we are no longer able to sell goods to EU countries. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
International Tracked Services to the USA
Despite the charges for parcels going to the USA doubling we have fixed our prices for this International Tracked service at £12.45.
Shipping to the USA – Important update about import duties.
From August 2025, the Unites States changed its import rules. All parcels coming from the UK – no matter their value – are now subject to import duty and tax. This is something all UK businesses must comply with when sending orders to America. To make this process as smooth as possible, Earthmonk ships using a pre-paid duty system with Royal Mail (the UK’s postal provider. This means duties are calculated in advance and your parcel won’t be delayed or held at customs, but it does mean there is an additional import charge on your order.
How this new USA import charge works:
After you place your order, we will log onto Royal Mail and calculate the import duty of your parcel based on the items you have purchased. We will then email you how much your import duty charge will be. You can pay this charge securely via PayPal or bank transfer. If you decide you don’t want to go ahead once you’ve seen the duty amount, that’s absolutely fine – we will refund your order in full, no questions asked. If you’re happy to proceed and the duty is paid, your parcel will travel smoothly through U.S. customs without being stopped or charged again on arrival.
Please note that some countries may charge a duty on the import of goods. We are unable to advise what these costs and are unable to pay these on your behalf. If you are contacted by customs and requested to pay a charge on your goods and choose not to pay this and your parcel is not returned to us we are unlikely to be able to refund you for your purchase.
Other Information
We will let you know as soon as possible should there be a problem fulfilling your order or a delay in despatching it. Should this happen you are free to cancel your order and have a full refund.
Provided we have the inventory in stock, orders placed before twelve noon (Monday – Friday) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day (orders placed after 1 pm Friday afternoon will be despatched the following Monday) this is because the courier collection is at 1pm.
All the delivery times quoted are based on the standard working week e.g. Mon- Fri (excluding UK public bank holidays).
UK & International prices include the cost of VAT. If your order is outside the UK you will not be charged VAT but you may be charged a local import duty.
For all overseas orders we will only be able to deliver to the billing address you provide. Please note that it is very rare for parcels not to arrive at their destination but once the parcel has left the U.K. we cannot be held liable for the contents of the parcel and cannot cover the cost of a refund or replacement items.
