The Celtic Heart Pendant

This pretty Celtic heart pendant is made up of four interlocking hearts each attached and connected to a surrounding all encompassing heart.

It is a stylised version of the ancient and famous Celtic love knot which used one line to weave together two separate knots and represented two people joined together, forever in love. In our version all the hearts are interconnected and weave together as parts within a whole to symbolise the eternal nature of love.

For those of you unfamiliar with the term “Celts,” this title refers to the tribes of people that shared similar customer, traditions, language and culture who lived in Western Europe from as far back as 1200 B.C. Much of their unique cultural and history still exists today in Ireland. Celtic knot work can be found throughout the Celtic traditions from ancient stones and monuments to jewellery and coins.

This charming, dainty pendant is 2.5 cm long (including bale) and comes with a 16 inch sterling, box chain necklace. It will arrive in a teal draw string bag mounted on a recycled Kraft card
